Abstract Heatstroke is a life-threatening illness related to systematic inflammation-induced multiple organ dysfunction. The severity of inflammatory response may be the changes in immune regulation triggered by heat acclimation. However, mechanisms acclimation and its effect on are unclear. Here, we assessed differences immunocyte subsets spleen lymph nodes heat-acclimated mice. Higher frequencies CD4 +Foxp3 +regulatory T cells (Tregs) were observed Our results indicate that improvement tolerance during acute stress correlates with increase number Tregs.
